We loved the stay everything was clean and fresh! I would encourage anyone to stay here. It’s five minutes from the beach and is very private and convenient. Only complaint I have is to add a few more towels for the pool. But truly a wonderful experience. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children and everyone was comfy.

Ian was an amazing host. Very respectful, honest, and helpful throughout my stay. The instructions were very clear and informative, which made everything easy from check in to check out. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated the great communication and hospitality. Every part of the house is spacious and bright, and the layout of rooms was great for our group that ranged from age 5 to 72. The pool and hot tub were great, and the views were beautiful. Host Ian was responsive to some minor queries we had, and the house is close to shops and food. Highly recommend this space for groups or multi family. We were here for Cocodona 250 and it worked well for our central cheerleading headquarters!

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. You truly lived up to your Super-host status, thoughtful, responsive and clearly dedicated to creating a seamless experience. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Can’t say enough great things about Ian and Jumpview Farms. We had a great time relaxing at the fire pit, sitting on the second floor porch, watching the cows and other wildlife, and just taking a break with friends. The dogs had fun too checking out the grounds and lounging. WD will definitely stay here again.

Ian was a great host…. house and pool was great! Plenty of parking for a big group and our trailer. Private Cul de Sac, close sedona! Would recommend and would definitely come back.

The Farm (house) at Jump View was full of whimsy and charm! This house had so much character and was a delight to call our own for a few nights! Dinner in the dining room was a special event for us! We also took advantage of the tennis court and turned it into a pickleball court and had alot of fun! This is a pet friendly house which we loved bc we brought along our own furry family member and this is the cleanest pet friendly house we have ever stayed at! And each bedroom had fresh, white linens and white duvets which was felt high end! Side note-we took a 3.3 mile hike at the Goshen pass while staying here which is nearby by. The Farm at Jump View is nestled in a beautiful section of Virginia!

Ian’s place was perfect for our vacation. We were very close to everything but not in a super busy area. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. The home was spotless! We had access to the heated pool and golf cart during our stay both of which were very well kept. We truly felt right at home. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Ian checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!!! We look forward to staying again in the future.
